
Service Programs
We provide a wide range of services designed to help individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities live a full life in their own community. We are licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and approved by the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) under the Medicaid Waiver.

Family Support - CHOICES
Services can include, but are not limited to: Respite care, Personal assistance services and more.

Supportive Employment
Ongoing supports designed to assist individuals for whom it is unlikely that competitive employment and more.

Transportation
Transportation is available to all program participants of All About care Services.

Community Participation
Provides all activities out in the community, offering participants a full range of experiences.

Supportive Living
Provide supported living/supportive living services to enhance successful, long-term care community living.

Semi-Independent
Training and assistance in managing money, preparing meals, shopping, personal appearance and more.

Family Model
Residential services for adults with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities.

Personal Assistance
The personal assistance program concentrates on helping a person directly.
