All About Care is a FULL SERVICE DIDD Personal Support Service Agency. We are committed to providing professional services to our clients and their families as thorough you are our family. We are a State Licensed Agency that follows Tennessee State Rules and Regulations. Each staff member has undergone all the necessary and required training to better serve our clients. We have over 20 years of combined experience on our Staff. We take great pride in hiring sincere, honest, dedicated, compassionate, nurturing staff.

PROGRAM SERVICES

All About Care is a non-medical in home care service that wants to accommodate your needs. These Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while you stay in the comfort of your home!

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT

At All About Care Services we believe “all people should live and work in the most natural settings” and “all people should live in and be a part of their communities.”  We make this happen every day by teaching, training, and supporting people in their homes and in the community.

We assist people in learning the life skills they need to take care of themselves and their homes.  We assist them in learning the communication and social skills they need to have positive relationships with roommates, friends, family, and people in the community.

SENIOR SUPPORT

All About Care Services reduce your family’s stress by supporting your loved ones. We promote independence and provide expertise. We also help keep your loved one healthy and safe in a way that honors their interests, desires and independence.

COMMUNITY BASED DAY PROGRAM

The Community-Based Day Program provides all activities out in the community, offering participants a full range of experiences in diverse areas of life within their communities – in work, leisure activities and personal growth.

Integrates individuals with developmental disabilities fully into the community, five days a week, Monday through Friday, six hours a day.

 

​​Provides domestic responsibilities, such as shopping and going to the bank, pursuit of leisurely interests and educational goals, and community-based learning opportunities such as visiting the library, taking classes at the YMCA, attending local theater productions, visiting community museums, and volunteer work.

CHOICES

CHOICES is a Tennessee State Medicaid program used to help those in need. The program focuses on providing long term care for those who do not have a family caregiver or cannot afford to hire someone to provide the care they need. Enrollment in this program is based on the following requirements:

  • Resident of Tennessee

  • Financially qualify for Medicaid long-term care

  • Need to have level of care provided in a nursing home

  • Be age 65 or older or be an adult age 21 or older with a physical disability

  • Be able to receive services safely at home at a cost less than that of institutional care

 

The services provided by CHOICES vary depending on the need of the member. Some of these services include but are not limited to: homemaker services, personal care visits, in-home respite care, adult day care, assistive technology, home delivered meals, personal emergency response system, pest control and community based residential alternatives. 

CONSULTATIONS

All About Care Services provides consultations for families and individuals that need more information about our services.  All About Care Services also educates and informs individuals on the resources that are available to them in the community. For more information, click here to contact us
